Post-Hurricane Melissa SMTEs insurance claim assistance

The Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) is launching an initiative to support Small and Medium-Sized Tourism Enterprises (SMTEs) that were affected by Hurricane Melissa. We understand that many businesses are facing challenges in documenting damage and loss, and completing insurance claim forms can be time-consuming and complex.

To assist with recovery efforts, TEF will be deploying trained personnel to help SMTEs complete their insurance claims accurately and efficiently. These trained volunteers will provide hands-on support to ensure your claim forms are properly filled out and submitted to your insurance provider.
