The Historic Hampden Wharf is host to social and trading spaces for local craft vendors and artisans, as well as cultural spaces for presentations, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The intent of the development was to improve the Falmouth Town Experience for both residents and visitors to the area.
The entire property was redeveloped. This development included erecting new buildings and structures, pavement of the facility, and landscaping works, amongst others. This project is one of the TEF’s biggest projects.
