Supervisory Skills Builders (SSB) help you build supervisory skills through a series of nine engaging modules. The modules contain need-to-know information on how supervisors should best carry out their responsibilities to management and employees.
The self-paced training series helps supervisors: meet management objectives for productivity and quality guest service; solve everyday workplace challenges; and gain respect, trust and support from the people who work for them.

- Handing Problems and Conflict

- Leadership
- Time Management
With an easy-to-follow format, SSB prepares you for the Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) certification exam. While employment in a supervisory capacity is required, completion of this program eliminates the 90-day time in position requirement needed to qualify for CHS certification.
