Bartender Certification is an important part of what we do at JCTI. Candidates participate in a 5-day / 40 hour course which includes:
- Customer Service
- Inventory Management
- Food Safety and Sanitation
- Supervision
- Garnishes
- Equipment & Materials
- Mixing Methods
- Basics of Beer
- Wine production
Candidates must complete the course as well as a written and practical examination.
