Position Summary:
The Barback / Prep Assistant ensures seamless support for the Experience Guides by managing preparation, stock, and reset. This behind-the-scenes role keeps our service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Prepare garnishes, syrups, and mise-en-place.
➢ Restock glassware, tools, and ingredients.
➢ Reset stations between experiences.
➢ Assist Guides during service (passing tools, managing supplies).
➢ Support Steward with heavy lifting and BOH duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
➢ Entry-level hospitality role; training provided.
➢ Organised, reliable, and physically fit.
➢ Willingness to learn beverage service basics.
Physical / Work Requirements:
➢ Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
➢ Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
➢ Work evenings and weekends.
