Position Summary:
The Guest Services Host ensures a seamless guest arrival, check-in, and departure process. They are the first and last impression of RumCask, managing reservations, retail, and VIP recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
➢Greet guests warmly and confirm bookings.
➢ Manage POS, payments, and retail sales.
➢ Provide concierge-level service for VIPs.
➢ Handle guest complaints with grace and escalate as needed.
➢ Coordinate with Experience Guides to ensure smooth guest flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
➢ Previous front-of-house or concierge experience preferred.
➢ Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
➢ POS and cash-handling proficiency.
Physical / Work Requirements:
➢ Able to stand for extended periods.
➢ Lift and move up to 15 lbs.
➢ Work variable schedules, including weekends.
